Reformer Pilates is open to everyone, and we believe it offers benefits for all. Our beginner class welcomes participants of all levels. Additionally, we offer a senior flow class, which moves at a slower pace to accommodate different needs.
For more details on our classes, please visit our classes page here
If you prefer a more personalised approach, we also offer private sessions. These can serve as a stepping stone as you transition into group classes, providing tailored guidance and support
-
In our classes, you can expect a 50-minute full-body workout using the reformer Pilates machine. Prior to the class, an instructor will give you a rundown and explanation of how the machine moves and the props available. Our classes are open to everyone, with various types available, and we offer different levels within each class to ensure a suitable environment for all participants
-
Please arrive 10 minutes before your first class so you can meet your instructor and get acquainted with the Reformer. Make sure to wear comfortable activewear

Purchases, waitlists and cancellation
-
Our class cancellation policy requires a notice of at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled class. You need to cancel your class at least 12 hours before it starts to keep your class credit. If you cancel within 12 hours of the class, you won't get your credit back. If you cancel earlier than 12 hours, you'll get your credit back and can book another class.
If you don't show up or miss the class without canceling, you'll lose that session.
-
Our classes are limited to 9 people. If your preferred class is full, we highly recommend jumping on the waitlist, as there is a good chance your spot will open up! Plus it lets us know if you'd like to see more class times on the schedule.
You will be notified via email with a minimum of 12 hours notice if you are added from the waitlist. Your credit will only be used if you are moved off the waitlist, into class.
The same cancellation window of 12 hours applies to the waitlist. If you move off the waitlist and cancel within 12 hours, you will not receive your credit back for the class.
-
If your pass expires, unfortunately, it becomes invalid, and we do not offer extensions.
