Booking and Cancellation

• Booking: for bookings please create an account and purchase a class pass or pack online through the website or Momence app.

• Cancellation Policy: Classes and private session must be canceled at least 12 hours before to avoid forfeiting the class pass. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may lead to account suspension and extra fees.

• Private Sessions: contact via email for cancellations.

• Refund and Return Policy : Our services are non-refundable, all classes and class packs have an expiry date. If the services are not used within the prescribed time they will expire and no refund will be made for any unused portion of the package

Class Management:

• Waitlists: Join waitlists for full classes. You will be notified via email if a spot opens up at least 12 hours before the class. Late cancellation fees apply if you are removed from the waitlist and cannot attend; please ensure cancellations are made within our 12-hour policy. If you are unable to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist

• Late Entry: Arrive on time; late entry may be refused. First-time clients must arrive 10 minutes early.

• Minimum Class Numbers: Classes require a minimum of three participants; cancellations notified at least 2 hours before the class.

Pricing and Payments

• Pricing: Check website or app for current prices. Existing clients notified of changes at least two weeks in advance.

• Class Packs: Prepay for classes; terms and expiry outlined on the website. Non-transferable; expired credits non-refundable.

• Payment: Ensure sufficient funds; failed payments may incur additional fees.

• Gift Vouchers: Expiry dates; non-refundable; terms apply.

• Introductory Offer: New clients offer 3 classes within 14 days. Limited to one purchase per person. Non-refundable. Activates upon booking first class. Repeat purchases may result in suspension and additional charges.

Health and Safety

• Medical Warning: Exercise at Soul Pilates is at your own risk. Inform of any health risks and seek medical advice if necessary. Soul Pilates and Studio staff are not medically trained and are therefore not qualified to assess whether clients are in good physical condition and/or whether clients can engage in classes, activities or services offered by Soul Pilates without detriment to their health, safety, comfort or physical condition. Clients are advised to seek medical advice if they are in any doubt about their ability to engage in the classes, services or activities offered by Soul Pilates.

• Limitation of Liability: Not liable for personal injury or loss except as required by law.

• Pregnancy and Postnatal: We ask that prior to booking with us any pre or postnatal clients are cleared by a doctor, lead maternity carer or a women’s health physio to attend Reformer Pilates sessions. A 1:1 private session is mandatory for any pregnant clients prior to progression into our beginner classes, this recommended to ensure you are comfortable with the modifications required while pregnant

• Socks: Grip socks mandatory for safety and hygiene reasons.

• Children in Studio: Except for specific classes, children not allowed.

Privacy Policy

We collect personal information from you, including information about your: Name, mobile number, billing or purchase information, birth date and email

I grant Soul Pilates permission to photograph and/or videotape myself while on the premises. These images may be used in advertising or marketing campaigns on Soul Pilates’ website and for promotional and informational material, including but not limited to, website, social media, flyers, brochures, emails, advertisements, newspaper articles, TV, or cable interviews/promotions. I understand I will not be identified by name unless I give my permission. I hereby waive and release any rights to compensation for or ownership of such images.

• We collect your personal information to provide our services. We keep your information safe by encrypting credit card numbers using industry-standard technology.

• We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, troubleshoot problems with your account, resolve a dispute, collect fees or monies owed, poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, send updates about our studio, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce these Terms and Conditions, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes, we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

• You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to request a copy of your information or have it corrected, please contact us at info@soulpilatesnz.com

Other provisions

• Safety of Belongings: Not liable for personal belongings; bring only what's necessary.

• Damage to property: If you cause damage to our Premises or other property as a result of an intentional, dangerous, reckless, or negligent act as reasonably determined by us or as a result of the breach of this Agreement or our Rules, then you agree that you shall be liable to us for the reasonable cost of the repair or replacement of our Premises or other property.

• Schedule and Studio Hours: Opening hours and class schedules may change; refunds issued at discretion for non-held classes.

• Account Termination: Right to terminate accounts for inappropriate behaviour.

• Terms and Conditions: Agreement to Terms and Conditions subject to change without notice; refer to the website for updates.
